We want you to love your Spotlight Oral Care fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
